The fastest way to get a useful quote from Vulture Events is to share your event date, location or preferred emirate, expected guest count and the services you need — even rough notes are enough for us to start a conversation.
You do not need a finished brief. Tell us the occasion — conference, wedding, exhibition, private dinner, concert or activation — plus the date or date range, city or venue if you have one, and how many guests you expect. Mention any must-haves: staging, LED, entertainment, stand build, photography, Arabic–English hosting or security.
If budget is fixed, say so. We would rather shape a realistic scope upfront than propose something that misses your ceiling. Attach a moodboard, a previous event deck or links from our gallery if visuals help explain what you are aiming for.
Vulture Events replies to event enquiries within one business day — usually sooner — with either clarifying questions or a structured proposal covering scope, timeline and cost. Call, email, WhatsApp or use the form on this page; office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM GST, with operations support seven days a week during live events.
When you reach out, you will hear from someone who understands events in the UAE — not a generic inbox. Share whatever you know so far: occasion type, date or range, city or venue, guest count and any must-haves. If details are still open, we can arrange a short consultation to shape the brief together.
After your initial enquiry, we prepare a clear, itemised proposal that lists creative scope, production elements, staffing, entertainment and logistics — with assumptions noted where details are still open. You will see optional tiers or add-ons where they make sense, not a single opaque number. Once you approve, we assign a project lead and share a milestone timeline: concept sign-off, supplier bookings, technical rehearsals and on-site call times.
Changes happen on real events; we handle them through written revisions so budget and scope stay aligned. Deposits and payment schedules follow the proposal terms, and we confirm venue access, permits and supplier contracts before major spend is committed.
Enquiries received during office hours typically get a first response the same day. Messages sent on Friday, Saturday or after hours are picked up on the next working day unless your event is imminent — in which case our operations line is monitored for urgent show-week issues. During build, show days and breakdown, your project lead and on-site producer are reachable on the numbers shared in your run sheet.
Is there a fee for an initial quote? No. We provide proposals at no charge once we have enough detail to scope the work. Complex tenders or full creative pitches for large RFPs may be discussed separately if extensive design work is required upfront.
Can you meet at our office or venue? Yes — site visits in Dubai and other emirates can be arranged after an initial call, especially for exhibitions, outdoor setups or unfamiliar venues.
